For over 35 years, we have provided both residential and commercial appraisal services in Greater Danbury for a wide variety of property types. Residential appraisals services include single and multi-family dwellings, large estate properties, vacant land and subdivision analysis. Commercial appraisals are performed for retail properties, office buildings, industrial complexes, apartment buildings and a variety of mixed use properties. We not only provide services to lending institutions but have given special attention to non lending clients requiring our experience and services in Estate Planning, Probate Matters, Divorce, Bankruptcy, Tax Appeals and individual buyers and sellers of real property.
