 BUSINESS EXPERIENCE:

Officer in the firm of Robert J. Petrini & Associates, an independent Real Estate Appraisal and Counseling Firm located in Danbury, Connecticut. Mr. Petrini has been a real estate appraiser since 1978.

SCOPE OF APPRAISAL AND CONSULTING ACTIVITIES:

His scope of work has included the appraisal of a variety of types of real property; feasibility and market studies; field inspections; cost analyses, discounted cash flow analyses, and capitalization procedures. Mr. Petrini has also testified as an expert witness in Connecticut State Superior Courts.

Appraisals have been made for a number of individual clients, investors, attorneys, financial institutions and municipalities. The primary area of practice has been Fairfield, Litchfield and New Haven Counties in Connecticut. These assignments have been performed for mortgage financing, investment, relocation purposes, purchasing, sales, estate tax, divorce proceedings, tax appeal, financial planning, land development, subdivision analysis, new construction, litigation, etc.
